Every home is unique and can surface its own surprises mid-project. Material availability from manufacturers can also shift the timeline. We respect your time and resources, give you a realistic schedule up front, and flag any change the moment we see it.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
For your safety and comfort, we recommend other accommodations during the build — especially for kitchen and bath work. If that's not possible, we'll plan the work so day-to-day life can keep moving.
How do payments work?
Payments are tied to milestones agreed in writing before we start. There's usually an initial materials deposit, with the rest scheduled around clear, completed checkpoints — no vague "halfway through" payments.
How much will my project cost?
Every project is custom, so every quote is. We approach each one case-by-case: scope, materials, finish level. Material costs reflect current market rates. After a home visit you'll have a detailed written estimate to compare.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Garner, NC and primarily serve the Triangle — Raleigh, Garner, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest — plus surrounding North Carolina. For larger projects we travel further; ask us.
Do you take small jobs too?
Yes. A single bath refresh, a fireplace mantel, a backsplash install — we treat the small jobs with the same care as the full renovations. Often they turn into them.
